Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Epic Urean Dining website, making a reservation, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or visiting.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Your continued use of the website after we post changes will mean that you accept and agree to the updated terms. Website Use

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial use to learn about our restaurant and poker lounge and to make reservations. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, menus, and design elements, is owned by Epic Urean Dining or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
• Use any automated system, scraper, or data-mining tool to access or collect information from the website.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website or its underlying systems.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Epic Urean Dining or its guests.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made by phone at +64 22 475 819 or by email at [email protected]. We require a credit card to secure bookings for parties of six or more.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur a charge of NZ$50 per person.
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time before releasing them.
• For groups of eight or more, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that your table will be held beyond the grace period.

Dining Conduct

We aim to provide a sophisticated dining experience for all guests. Please dress smart casual and behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to comply with our policies.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for special dietary needs with prior arrangement.
• Please silence mobile phones in the dining room and keep conversations at a considerate volume.
• Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult and seated at all times.

Liability and Disclaimers

Epic Urean Dining is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings on the premises.
• We are not liable for any allergic reaction or dietary issue unless we have been clearly informed in advance.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
